KalyanAdStudio is an AI-powered advertising optimization platform that provides:
- Campaign performance monitoring and analytics
- AI-driven optimization recommendations
- Automated bid and budget management
- Multi-platform advertising management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Performance reporting and insights
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Have authority to connect the advertising accounts you integrate
4. Advertising Platform Integrations
When you connect third-party advertising platforms:
- You authorize us to access your advertising account data via OAuth
- You confirm you have authority to grant such access
- You understand we may read campaign data and apply optimizations
- You can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the platform's security settings
Our use of Google Ads API is subject to Google's Terms of Service and API policies.
5. Advertising Services
KalyanAdStudio provides advertising optimization services including:
- Analysis of advertising campaign performance
- AI-powered recommendations for bid adjustments
- Budget allocation optimization
- Audience targeting suggestions
- Creative performance analysis
Disclaimer: While our AI strives to improve campaign performance, we cannot guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.
6. Fees and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate advertising platform policies
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to harm competitors or engage in unfair practices
- Exceed reasonable API usage limits
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by KalyanAdStudio and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your advertising data and content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or outages
- We do not guarantee specific advertising results or ROI
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KalyanAdStudio from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- We will disconnect from your advertising accounts
- You may request export of your data within 30 days
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
